Tessa is a warm, collaborative psychologist who takes a strengths-based approach to help clients navigate life’s challenges.

She supports clients with concerns such as anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, and self-esteem, while helping them build resilience and clarity around their values.

Her practice is grounded in a holistic view of wellbeing, recognising that psychological concerns are often influenced by factors beyond the individual. Tessa has an interest in working with adults and adolescents, applying evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always adapting to cultural and individual needs. She also has experience in psycho-educational assessments.

Alongside her clinical work, Tessa is actively involved in research to improve wellbeing strategies in workplaces and communities, ensuring her approach is informed by the latest evidence.
