Paul is a Health Psychologist who takes a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy, supporting individuals to create meaningful change in their lives. Paul works with adolescents and adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, eating disorders, and performance anxiety. He also has a strong interest in sport and rehabilitation psychology, helping individuals optimise performance and recovery strategies.

With specialised training in health psychology, Paul supports clients living with chronic illness, injury, or disability. He helps individuals adjust to new diagnoses, manage symptoms such as fatigue or pain, reduce stress and anxiety related to health, and improve day-to-day coping. Paul has experience working with a range of health conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory illness, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, and chronic pain. He is passionate about helping people maintain function, engage with treatment, and continue living meaningful lives, despite the challenges that illness can bring.

In therapy, Paul incorporates a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-E for eating disorders, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), clinical hypnosis, DBT-informed skills, and elements of Schema Therapy. His calm, practical, and supportive style helps clients feel empowered as they work toward their goals.
